Would Brock’s Performance create an ECU flash with ignition timing so aggressive that I would be forced to run race gas all of the time?
2002 Hayabusa 1397. I have your piston kit, intake cam, exhaust cam, sidewinder. Also PC III USB, 10 inch over swingarm, 60hp shot wet nitrous. It has no air filter(block-off plate) and used as a track bike only. 1. What type of fuel do you rec? 2. Do you have a map available? 3. Should I run baffle or not? 4. What be proper gearing, I weigh 200 lbs? 5. I have a MRE lock-up, should I run your spring package as a baseline? 6. How much can you safely spray until you have to take timing out?
I have your 200 MPH Package with 40 tooth sprocket, ceramic bearings, Power Commander Digital Ignition, Wideband Commander, LCD, no sec, multi function hub, etc. Maxton map kicks ass, do you have one with ignition table though? I’ve read to advance timing 4 degree’s 0-6000 RPM on some Ninja forums, and to retard at higher rpm’s. Have you tested this? I have advanced timing as stated above, but not retarded any in the upper rpm’s because no one has the numbers as to how much. Note: My bike riding style is for high speed, not drag.
EX051 cam. It did not have a cam card with it. I have no specs for it - recommended timing, duration, lift, etc.
I have a Brock's sidewinder on my 07 ZX14. I've been told by few tuners to take timing out of the bike in the top end (because the ram air works so well at 100mph & above) ie: 3rd 4th 5th gears, is that possible & if so what units are available to do just
