Woska keeps streak going

Brock’s Performance Products’ AMA/Prostar Super Sport competitor Vince Woska qualified No. 1 and advanced to the final for the fifth consecutive race this season at the VHR Cyclefest from Norwalk, Ohio on July 15th and 16th. With three races remaining, Woska continues to lead the series and is 96 points ahead of second-place Richard Gadson.

“We’re in don’t screw-up mode,” team owner Brock Davidson said. “Vince is leading by a sizeable margin and has a great chance to win this year’s championship.”

Woska’s only losses of the season have been in the final(s) against rival, Richard Gadson.

“We struggled to get the kind of ETs we were looking for at Norwalk,” Davidson said. “This is a class that requires an awful lot of practice and testing. After being torn down last race, we didn’t get our cams back from the AMA until almost three weeks later. That combined with the time it takes to put these things back together, and the fact that the Woska’s live 10 hours away, didn’t leave us anytime to test. Vince did a great job considering he hadn’t been on any bike since Memphis.”

Woska’s and Gadson’s match-up marked the third consecutive all Brock’s Performance Products exhaust final.

“I’m really proud of both of them,” Davidson said. “Richard is great racer, and I’m glad our exhaust system is working so well on his bike.”

They have both shown fantastic performance and consistency this year. We all definitely need to thank Richie at Richies Tires and his Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa tire combination for helping with the launch consistency of these bikes off the line.”

Brock’s Performance Products’ no-bar racer, Phil Stoll, had a tremendously successful weekend as well, earning runner-up finishes in both the Pro Street and Super Street categories.

“I felt like as a team we all struggled with the hot conditions,” Davidson said. “But to come away with three runner-ups is great weekend.”

Next up for team Brock’s Performance Products will be the AMA/Prostar Pingel Thunder Nationals from Indianapolis Raceway Park, Aug 12th-13th.

Vince Woska would like to thank Brock Davidson of Brock's Performance Products. “None of this would be possible without his support, time, effort, and friendship.”

“Also, thanks to Lang and Lee Hindle of Hindle Performance Exhaust,” Woska said. “Lang and Lee Hindle have been working with Brock’s Performance to produce the fastest exhaust systems for Sportbikes on the planet, and we have been fortunate enough to have been given the opportunity to prove it on the track. Thank you for your support and a great product.”

The Woska's would like to thank Walt and Dave Kirts at Olathe Suzuki for the parts support this year.

A Special Thanks to Richie of Richie’s Tires for giving us the “hook up” with the Pirelli Dragon Supercorsa tires.

Brock and the Woska’s would like to thank Dean Shields of American Made Cycles, in Dayton Ohio, “…for letting us tie up his shop for 3 days a month during the race season.”

And a special Thanks to Dave Owen "Dave-O" for all his support and expertise before during and after each event.

Brock’s Performance Products extended thanks to:
